About REVAX
Renee Drumm, founder of REVAX~Real Executive Vitual Assistance Excellence and REVAX~Real Estate Virtual Assistance Excellence, began a career in real estate when she directed her sights upon becoming a residential appraiser following a divorce and exit from a small manufacturing business in Dayton, Ohio.
In a down-market, she found it difficult to obtain an appraiser apprentice position in a highly competitive field of work, but which was required to earn a certified appraiser license. With the amount of education and background Renee previously established over many years as a manufacturing business owner, and having a number of real estate related classes under her belt, she set out to complete the education requirements necessary for becoming an Ohio-licensed salesperson and REALTOR®.
Within the first three years of her real estate career, while putting previously attained technological skills, advertising experience and "know-how" to work for her, Renee found it relatively easy to achieve Certified e-PRO® Internet Professional REALTOR® status, obtainable only through additional study and testing of the e-PRO® course structure, approved by the National Association of REALTORS®.
After several years of service in the real estate industry, a once-strong market, turned sour. "Sub-prime" and predatory lending scandals, the media, and a depressed local market led to a decline in real estate markets nationwide, and an economic pitfall for low- and middle-class homebuyers. Real estate sales fell drastically, and thousands of REALTORS® found themselves in dire straits.
With administrative and marketing skills, talent and creativity in her favor, Renee decided to put her assets to use as a Virtual Assistant for the purpose of serving marketing and administrative needs of executives and REALTORS® outside of her service market. She has an inate sense for detail, distinctiveness, correctness, research and investigation, which offers clients even greater benefits.
Renee has achieved many accolades in her lifetime. She is an accomplished musician, a multi-titled beauty queen, and formerly, as a business partner, played an intrical part in a successful manufacturing business. Renee resides on a lake in West Central Ohio, where she raised a son, and expects to complete a degree program in accounting in 2010.
